General Conditions
 
1- Introduction
The following general selling terms regulate contractual relations between all users of the Leostickers.com website (henceforth referred to as "the user") and the company Leoshopping.it s.r.l, with a share capital of 10,000 € , with registered office in Saronno (VA) in Via Marconi 39, ITALY, and which is lawfully registered with the Varese Chamber of Commerce, under registration number VA287208 (henceforce referred to as "LeoShopping.it").
These Selling Terms are the only valid terms and substitute all other documents. LeoShopping.it reserves the right to modify the following terms at any time. It is therefore the responsibility of the user to re-read the terms each time the website www.leostickers.com is accessed.

2-Modifications
Each modification is valid from the moment it is published online, and cannot be applied to any contracts finalised prior to such publication. All purchases completed on the website are regulated by the General Conditions applicable on the date the order was placed. By confirming the order, the user agrees without reservation to have read and accepted the general selling terms.
By accessing the website, the user agrees to respect the General Conditions and Terms of Use.
 
3- Methods for order placing
When placing an order, there are two possibilities available to the user:
- Over the internet, via our website www.leostickers.com 24 hours per day, 7 days per week
- Via email: orders@leostickers.com
 
4- Prices
Sale prices indicated on the webiste are to be considered in Euros and inclusive of VAT tax. Dispatch costs, which are indicated to the user at the time the order is placed prior to confirmation, and which depend on the size and quantity of the purchased objects, are not included in the cost of the products. Dispatch fees are billed in addition to the cost of the products purchased.
Leoshopping.it reserves the right to modify prices at any time, but agrees to apply the price indicated to the user at the time the order was placed.
 
5-Delivery time and method
Leoshopping.it produces each order received on a made to measure basis for the user. A maximum of three working weeks are therefore required from the time the order is placed to the time the parcel is ready to be delivered and leaves our laboratories.
The order will be delievered to the address indicated by the user on the website at the time the order was placed.

ATTENTION: Every sticker is printed after the order (Maxikit included), delivery times are about 15 days.

In case of orders contains singles stickers and Leokit or Leostickers CARD you'll receive 2 different deliveries
Leoshopping.it has selected international courier for all deliveries.
This delivery method allows for delivery within 72 hours.
Leoshopping.it agrees to do everything within its power to respect the delivery times guaranteed on the website. Nonetheless, Leoshopping.it cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from late delivery or loss of parcel caused by third parties or omissions by the user.
In the event the parcel is not received within the agreed timeframe, an investigation procedure will be launched with Bartolini. Reimbursement or resending of goods will not be possible until the investigation procedure has been finalised.
 
6-Conformity of goods
Upon receipt of the order, the user is obliged to verify that the delivered products conform with the order. All anamolies encountered must then be noted with a pen on the delivery receipt, and signed off by the user.
The user can direct all complaints relating to lack of conformity of products to Leoshopping.it s.r.l. by registered post within 10 days of receipt of the parcel. After-sales Service, Via Marconi 39 - 21047 Saronno (VA) - Italy
Products may only be returned if they are in their original state, inclusive of packaging, accessories, and instructions for use. The cost to return the products is borne by the user. 
In the event that Leoshopping.it is able to verify the lack of conformity, the product will be replaced.
 
7-Additional Information
The user may be requested to provide some additional information in order to convalidate the purchase. As a consequence, and in order to avoid delays, the user is obliged to provide the following information at the time of registration:
- A valid email address
- A fixed telephone number
Further, for orders in excess of €200, the user may be requested to supply a valid document of identity via fax or email.

8-Payment Method
Currently all payments through leostickers.com are made through the secure and guaranteed Paypal payment system.
Credit card payments are processed on the condition that the transaction has been authorised by the relevant payment centres. In the absence of such authorisation, the user's order cannot be dispatched.
Online payment via Paypal occurs via the SSL (Secure socket layer) security system, which allows your personal data to be cryptographed in order to guarantee maximum security.

9-Right of withdrawal
As the products advertised on Leostickers.com are printed and packaged on a made to measure basis for the client, no refund is allowed if you change your mind, as foreseen by the legislative decree dated 22/5/99 No. 185, which regulates the absence of the right of withdrawal "for the supply of goods which have been made to measure or personalised, or goods which, by their nature cannot be returned or they risk rapid deterioration or alteration".
Why is that?
Because Leostickers prints and packages products sold through the website on a by request and made to measure basis.  There is no stockroom, therefore if the user changes his/her mind, the printed product is not resusable for other orders! Of course if the user encounters problems relating to quality or defected goods at the time of delivery, the paragraph relating to the return or replacement of goods with verified problems, is valid.  

10- Appropriate forum for disputes
The present contract is subject to Italian law.
LeoShopping.it cannot be held responsible for any lack of execution of the contract or part thereof in the event of force majeure, in particular for total or partial strikes by courier and postal services, transport means and means of communication, or for errors committed by the client.
LeoShopping.it cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from the incorrect use of products sold on the website.  

11-Protection of your personal information
LEOSHOPPING.it s.r.l., under article 13 of the Legislative Decree dated 30.6.2003, No. 196, provides the following informative report:

a. personal information is requested for the following purposes:
1. Management of the service you have chosen in the present section;
2. Promotional material, market research, economical and statistical analyses, rewards programmes, client satisfaction surveys. Personal information may also be used for business information or marketing activities designed to reward or favour clients based on their eventual purchases, through the mailing of advertising flyers and paper promotional material, emails, sms and mms.
The submission of personal information for the purposes described in point a1), is mandatory and refusal to supply such information will make it impossible for LEOSHOPPING.it s.r.l. to supply the relative service. The submission of personal information for the purposes described in point a2) is discretionary.

b. For the purposes described in the previous point a2) personal information which is strictly required for each type of process, may be communicated by LEOSHOPPING.it s.r.l. to various company divisions, and other companies within the group.

c. Personal information which is strictly required for processing purposes, may be communicated to our technological and instrumental partner, the owner of which will then be responsible for supplying the requested service.

d. Personal information processing is managed by LEOSHOPPING.it s.r.l. facilities, through the use of manual, computerised and telematic tools. In each instance, personal information is processed using a logic strictly associated with the abovementioned purposes and in such a way as to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the information, which is likewise managed and protected in environments where access to which is under constant surveillance.
e. The information is owned by LEOSHOPPING.it s.r.l. as legal representative, with registered office in Via Marconi 39 - Saronno (VA), whilst the bodies responsible for the processing of the information can be made known by writing to "LEOSHOPPING.it s.r.l. Client Care Centre, Via Marconi 39 - Saronno (VA)" or by calling +39 0296248727.
f. In relation to the use of the abovementioned information, according to Article 7 of the Legislative Decree No. 126/2003, the interested party has the right to obtain:
1. Confirmation of the existance or lack thereof of his/her personal information, the comprehensible communication of such information, knowledge of the source of the information, and the logic by which such information is processed; 2. The cancellation, transformation into an anonymous format, or blockage of information which has been processed in violation of the law;
3. The updating or correction of the information, or its integration where so desired;
4. Attestation that the operations referred to in previous points 2 and 3, have been brought to the knowledge of those persons to whom the information was communicated, unless this proves to be impossible or requires the use of disproportionate means.
Further, the Client has the right to oppose the processing of personal information for legitimate reasons.
According to, and for the purposes of Article 24, Paragraph 1b), for the purposes described in point a1), consent is not required.
At the moment of registration to the website, according to Article 23 of the Legislative Decree 196/2003, the user expresses his/her consent to the processing of his/her personal information for the objectives described in point a2), and to the communication of his/her personal information as per the methods indicated in the previous point c).
